Who qualifies for a refund

3-Day Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) from your purchase date. The purchase date is when your payment was successfully processed by LemonSqueezy.

No Conditions

Unlike other software, we don't care if you've activated your license, downloaded the software, or generated videos. If you're not satisfied within 3 days, you get a refund. Period.

Full Amount

You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (typically 2-3% + $0.30). These fees are non-recoverable from the payment processor.

We won't ask why you want a refund. We respect your decision and make the process as simple as possible.

We'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What Happens After a Refund

Important information

License Deactivation

Your license key will be immediately deactivated and will no longer work. You'll need to remove XFlow from your devices.

Account Closure

Your account will be closed, and you'll lose access to any downloads or updates.

Your Generated Videos

Any videos you created during your trial period are yours to keep! We don't delete or claim ownership of your content.

Re-Purchase Welcome

Changed your mind? You're welcome to purchase XFlow again anytime at the current price.

Exceptions and edge cases

After 3 Days

Refunds are not available after the 3-day window expires. We enforce this policy consistently to prevent abuse. Please test XFlow thoroughly during your 3-day trial period.

If you're experiencing technical problems, please contact support@xflow.video (placeholder) first! We're here to help and can often resolve issues quickly. Refunds are always available within the 3-day window if we can't fix your issue.

Chargebacks

Please don't file a chargeback with your bank. Contact us directly for a hassle-free refund. Chargebacks harm small businesses with fees and penalties. We promise to process your refund quickly and fairly.

Multiple Purchases

If you accidentally purchased multiple licenses, contact us immediately. We'll refund duplicate purchases regardless of the 3-day window.
